4th IOAPA Winter Session
The Winter-Session was established to educate young people in Olympic topics which are winter sport related and to teach people from so called “Non-Wintersport-countries” how to ski. The session stands for exchanging Olympic ideas, friendship and experiencing the element of snow. The original idea come from Axel Bammer (Austria), participant of the 42nd IOA Session for Young Participants in 2002, and IOAPA member, who wanted to combine the friendship atmosphere of Olympia, with the element of snow and winter sports….
